Create your own Popwork rituals

We have just launched the possibility to create your own rituals on Popwork (beta feature - please request access in chat).

This means you can now create any 1:1 meeting template (questions, frequency, and follow-up module).
For example, you can decide to create quarterly coaching sessions on Popwork.

To create a custom ritual for your team,

1. Go to your Team settings
2. Click on Manage Rituals
3. Create a ritual from a template or from scratch
4. Create your questions
5. Choose available frequencies & options

If you are an admin, you can also create custom Popwork rituals and make them available to your teams.

To do so, simply :

1. Go to your Company view
2. Select the Rituals tab
3. Create your custom ritual
