Managers can now add an individual question to an upcoming Popwork ritual.

They have the choice between:

• Creating the question(s) manually
• Adding a smart suggestion

Creating an individual question manually ✍️

Individual questions are asked just once to one team member.

To add an individual question, go to a workspace and open the upcoming ritual. Click on "+Add an extra question".

You can customize your question with:

• The label of your choice
• The answer type (text, scale, stars, emojis, word cloud)

Adding a suggested question 🤖

You can also add a suggested question from Popwork. Suggested questions are written by the Popwork AI, taking into account the team member's past answers and management best practices.

To add a suggested answer, go to a workspace and open the upcoming ritual. Click on "+Add" on one of the suggested questions.

Editing an added question ⚙️

You can edit an added question:

• drag & drop it to change in which position it will be asked
• click on the bin icon to delete the question

New question editor in Team settings ❓

Managers also benefit from a new question editor in their Team settings.

This enables managers to customize recurring team questions. For each question, managers can customize:

• The label
• The answer type (text, scale, stars, emojis, word cloud)
• Its frequency (every time or once a month)

Admins can customize available questions labels 🎨

Popwork admins can customize system labels to fit their company's tone of voice and create their own labels.

To do this, admins can go to My Account > My company > Labels
