AI-powered dynamic mood question

We're introducing AI-powered dynamic questions in Popwork, and the Mood question is the first to benefit from this upgrade.

How it works

Based on the team member's previous answers to the Mood question, Popwork's AI selects a few new keywords from a list of expert-curated mood words.

The result: employees get more nuanced ways to express how they're feeling, and managers get a sharper read on their team's sentiment.

How to activate it

The feature is rolling out gradually and might not be available on your account yet.

To check and try it out: go to Team settings > 1:1 meeting > Questions, then toggle the option on for the Mood question. Your team's next check-ins will include it automatically.
