This release brings four visible improvements to help managers stay on top of their teams:

• Reworked check-in summaries — automatic highlights of key trends

Team Pulse matrix

The new Team Pulse widget on the manager's home page gives you a visual matrix of how your team is doing, at a glance.

Each team member is placed on two axes: mood and workload.

Click on someone to see a quick summary with context behind their position.

Improved Workload tags

The Team Pulse matrix is complemented by the Team table, which presents the same information in table format.

When management tips are available for a team member, they now appear in a clearer, easier-to-read format.

Rituals across your workspace now automatically include a summary highlighting key information, along with mood and workload trends.
