Week 04 - Send friendly reminder and other improvements 👋

Managers can now send a friendly reminder to ask one of their team members to answer an upcoming ritual. This reminder comes on top of the usual reminder schedule automatically sent by Popwork.

To send a reminder, managers only need to click on the Options button on a ritual card and click on “Send a friendly reminder”.

Last but not least, we made a series of small improvements as detailed below.

Improvements to the company dashboard:

• Improved the layout of the company dashboard recap table to help better differentiate between perimeter and individual scores
• Added the scores of the manager as an individual to the company dashboard
• Fixed an small double counting issue in the calculation of perimeter indicators
• Added a redirection to the team dashboard when clicking on the Team switch in the menu

Improvements to the team members workspace:

• Added labels at the top of ritual card to help users better visualize if a ritual meeting has completed answers, feedbacks or action items
• Made visual improvements to the timeline display to help users better differentiate past, current and upcoming rituals
• Display the objectives status in the timeline only when it has been updated
• Do not display the meeting time if the calendar has been unsynced
• Fixed an issue causing duplication of rituals when editing the ritual date on the day of the meeting
• Fixed an issue causing a bug when adding a new member to a team
