Week 28 - Request feedback from your manager 📥

Team members can now request feedback from their managers at any time.

Whether you're seeking feedback on a presentation, asking for guidance after achieving a goal, or simply looking for insights to improve your performance, requesting feedback is now easier than ever.

Team members can request feedback from the left-hand menu, the homepage, or their shared workspace with their manager. Simply specify your request and submit it.

Managers are notified when they receive a feedback request and are prompted to respond.

They can also share feedback with their team at any time.

Soon you will be able to share feedback with anyone.

Other improvements:

• Managers can now share feedback with team members in a single click directly while reviewing their 1:1 responses. This simplifies the process and saves time.
• Managers will now receive notifications in their home inbox whenever they receive new feedback submissions. This ensures they stay up-to-date and can address feedback promptly.
• When clicking a feedback reminder notification, the modal for sharing feedback will automatically open. This eliminates an extra step and makes providing feedback more efficient.
