Week 41 - Enhanced feedback tracking indicators at company level 📊

We are thrilled to introduce new indicators in your Company Dashboard to help you better measure and understand the feedback culture within your organization.

What's new?

You now have access to more detailed insights, including:

• A breakdown of the types of feedback shared by your teams, whether they are praise, encouragement, or improvement feedback.
• Trends in the number of feedbacks exchanged and 1:1 meetings held between managers and team members, ensuring they happen regularly.

These new data points provide a clearer, more precise overview of how engaged your teams are with feedback and regular conversations, helping you foster a continuous feedback culture across the organization.

Other improvements:

• Admin can now search users instead of having to scroll down when editing the manager of one of their employees
• Managers can now access the workspace of their team members from their team home, by clicking on their name
