New frequency for reviews & objectives

Managers can now choose the "every 4 months" frequency for the reviews and objectives rituals.

From their Team settings, managers can simply select the new frequency from the drop-down menu.

Also, we have optimized several views for mobile including the Manager Home, the Team Radar and several other pages.
