Hi folks 👋
We constantly receive a lot of (positive) feedback regarding all the management resources we share on LinkedIn, so we decided to make them available to all Popwork users.
To start with, we wrapped them up in a comprehensive library which you can access from the Popwork interface. Simply click on Management Resources at the bottom of the left menu.
As a manager, this will help you find answers to your most pressing management questions or grow your management skills.
See for yourself, and pick the topic that interests you:
Going forward, we aim to add more actionable management tips across your journey using Popwork, and eventually make them pop at the right moment.

Hey there 👋
We have just released a series of improvements which significantly reduce loading times and improve the overall browsing experience in Popwork.
These performance gains should vary between 50% and 90% depending on your team size and the volume of historical data you have in Popwork!
Overall, as Popwork progresses, we are now making performance more of a priority, so please feel free to report any latency issues that may be affecting your experience.

Hey folks 👋
As promised last week, you can now access all your action items across all teams in one click from your left menu.
All action items assigned to you from anywhere will pull in this consolidated view and you can also add your own action items from there directly.
Simply check your left menu and click My action items.
As a reminder, action items can also be added at the end of any check-in card and from the action items view of any profile.

Hey there 👋
Now, you can retrieve all action items with your manager or team member in one single consolidated list.
Helping turn conversation into actions is one of Popwork jobs, so you might like these improvements!
Simply head to any profile and click on Action items.
Action items at the bottom of a check-in will pull in this consolidated view and you can also add action items from there directly.
Next week, you will also be able to access all your action items across all teams in one click from your left menu. Stay tuned!

Hi folks 👋
Team managers happen to change, whether it’s for a temporary leave or for a permanent move like a reorganisation, a promotion or a departure. Now, these changes can be handled directly by the account admin(s) from the team settings.
Former managers and team members will keep access to their Popwork history through the new ‘Archived relationships’ menu. The new manager will inherit the team settings, the historic mood and workload insights but will not have access to the past interactions between the former manager and their team members.
If the new manager is a current member of the team, they will be removed as a team member and assigned as a manager.

Hey there 👋
Another step towards simplifying the life of our users and Popwork account admins in particular: a proper billing interface within Popwork!
Now, account admins can:
Please note the following:
Small but useful addition on the ‘most selected answers’ chart: you can now see the proportion of every answer in percentage - on top of the absolute number of selections.
This will help you gauge the relative importance of a trend, in particular if you manage a large organization.

Moreover, the team did two other improvements on insight charts:

Hey folks - this week, we released two new features you might like!
In real life, teams change very often - be it a new manager or a team member leaving the team.
As a user you can now have direct access to your history of interactions with your former relationships.
These can be accessed from one button click in your left menu “Archived relationships”.
For a few weeks now admins can create teams but this was restricted to existing users of the account. Now, as account admin you can invite new users to join Popwork with their team.

This can be accessed from Settings > Teams > Create Team.

Hi there 👋
We keep building on the admin role.
Users with an Admin role can now see and edit all teams belonging to their accounts from their Settings > Teams.
Admins are now able to see who's on a team and add or remove team members for every team. They will soon also be able to change managers and manage admin roles - for now please reach out in the chat to do so.

Hi all 👋
Hope you had a nice summer break. The team here is back in business and just released a bunch of new features and improvements!
Team members can now access their own mood and workload history. This gives team members the same view managers already had through their team dashboard.
As a team member, it can help you take a step back and visualize how you have been feeling over the past months: Are there trends I should be aware of? How have my mood and workload been for the past months?
These mood and workload insights can be accessed by the team member and their manager from the Insights tab of their workspace.
We have also improved how the workload question is asked and it can now be answered with a new and simpler scale.

Hi folks 👋
We’re building on the admin role with new features.
Admins are now able to greenlight the creation of a team requested by a team member. This enables new managers to easily adopt Popwork while letting the admin in control.
Admins are notified by emails for each new request and all requests can be found in Settings > Teams.
Over time, admins will have all the tools they need to properly manage their account: user management, in-app billing and global engagement metrics.
