New engagement insights

Shared by Johann • January 05, 2026

We have just released the new version of Popwork engagement insights.

Admin users shared feedback about needing an easier access to:

  • Engagement alerts
  • Individual engagement metrics

This is why we have updated the engagement dashboard which is now made of three tabs:

  • Perimeter: to browse through your org's engagement metrics
  • Trends & Distribution: to analyse sentiment and workload trends
  • Alerts: to view employees with sentiment or workload alerts

The Alerts tab has been designed to give you an immediate view of team members with low metrics over the chosen period of time.

Also, note that from any tab, admin have the possibility to zoom in on an employee to learn more about their sentiment & workload metrics.

Managers can access the data on their homepage in the "Last 1:1s with my team" section:

  • By clicking the chart icon ("view insights"), the right panel with the team member insights will open
  • By clicking the "Access all my team metrics", the Team analytics dashboard will open with data on direct reports and their own reportees

Admins can now export their company indicators from Popwork:
