Planning meaningful 1:1 meetings on Popwork just got much easier with our Google Calendar integration!
Simply connect Google Calendar in your Team settings and your 1:1 meetings on Popwork will be added and synchronized with your and your team members' calendars. From the calendar invite, participants will get direct access to Popwork to prepare for the meeting.
Please note that this new integration is currently in beta testing and under review by the Google team.
Finally, if you are using Microsoft Outlook, an integration will be available soon. Stay tuned!

You can now reset your 1:1 meeting questions with the initial Popwork template at any time.
As Popwork lets you customize the check-in questions for your team, it’s always useful to be able to access the Popwork template validated by management experts.
Currently, we are also working on adding new management rituals including Performance & Development conversations. Stay tuned!

We have just released one of our most requested features! Now, you can receive Popwork notifications in Slack, and disable email notifications if you like.
To connect Slack go to Settings > Integrations and click on “Connect”. Then go to Settings > Notifications to choose your notifications preferences.
This Slack integration is the first step towards better notifications and alerting. We would love to hear your feedback!
We are also planning to integrate Popwork with Teams in the coming months to offer the same feature to our Microsoft users.
Stay tuned, as we are currently finalizing another important integration: Google Calendar!

We have made a series of visual improvements to bring further clarity in how rituals are displayed in the workspace.
Most notably, we have simplified 1:1 meeting dates on Popwork as we are now only showing the meeting date in workspaces. This makes it much easier to plan, prepare and follow up on 1:1 meetings.
Now, team members are also automatically redirected to their workspaces after sharing a check-in. This will give them direct access to their previous answers, open action items and feedback from their manager.
Finally, it is also now possible to deactivate and activate 1:1 rituals for your team. This will be particularly useful when we add more ritual templates.

Over the past few weeks, we have made important progress towards our ambition to cover all key management conversations.
We are now able to create any type of templates and will soon be adding a first one with a “Performance & development conversation” which is one of our most requested features. Managers will be able to choose new quarterly, biannual or annual frequencies for this new management ritual.
Let us know if you are interested. We would love to hear your feedback.

It is now possible for account admins to grant Admin access to other users. Admins can edit users, access company dashboard and manage billing.
To edit users and their access levels, admins can access their user management console by selecting Settings > Users & Roles.

It is now possible for admins to edit the manager of several users or remove users in bulk.
This should be particularly helpful for admins of large accounts to maintain their user base up to date.
In the coming days, admins will also be able to give or remove Admin access to any user.

We have just added search & filtering options to help admins review their user base more easily.
By default, the users list shows ‘active users’ which corresponds to users with a manager or team member role.
In the coming days, we will also be adding features to edit users in bulk to help admin maintain their user base up to date more easily.
In parallel, we also made it easier for everyone to access their settings in one button click (instead of three).

Admins can now access the full list of active users from their Settings. From there admins can view and edit the manager for each user.
New managers are invited to onboard their team members and existing managers are notified about the addition of their new team members.
In the coming days, we will be adding more features to complete the set of in-app user management features including filtering options and bulk editing.
