Remove manager role
Quick but useful update for Popwork admins: we have added the possibility to remove the "Manager" role directly from your Users & Roles console.
How it works:
- Go to the Users & roles console: Company > Users & roles
- Click on the desired user Options button > Remove manager role
- The manager role is removed and all teams the manager was managing removed: you will need to assign the team members to their new managers
Indicators visibility & bug fixes
The latest release of Popwork ensures more continuity in team member's indicators and fixes a few bugs.
Mood & workload indicators history
Now, even when team members change managers, managers are able to see the employee mood & workload indicators evolution over time.
This makes it easier for current managers to have more context and better understand employee dynamics.
To access your team's indicators, click on "View more metrics about your teams" on your Popwork homepage (managers only).

Bug fixes

New frequency for reviews & objectives
Managers can now choose the "every 4 months" frequency for the reviews and objectives rituals.
From their Team settings, managers can simply select the new frequency from the drop-down menu.

Also, we have optimized several views for mobile including the Manager Home, the Team Radar and several other pages.

New designs to enhance Popwork on mobile
We have redesigned Popwork's sign-in, sign-up and onboarding experience, as well as several mobile home elements.
If the sign-in redesign is simply aesthetic, the sign-up and onboarding experience have been redesigned to be simpler, quicker to complete and better optimized for mobile.

We have also improved the mobile version of Popwork's menus and of Popwork's manager home.
