It's simple! Just hover over the feedback you'd like to respond to, and choose between adding a comment or reacting.
The feedback sender will be notified of your comment or reaction, making it easy to maintain meaningful conversations around the feedback you receive.

For several months now it is possible for managers to share feedback with their team members and for team members to ask for feedback from their manager.
From now on, everyone can share feedback with anyone within the organization!
This is useful to thank someone for their help, congratulate another for a great achievement or share more thorough feedback with one of your peers.
From the left-hand menu, the homepage or the Feedback page, select the share or request feedback option and select the recipient of your choice from all the people in your organization.
Write and share your feedback. The recipient will be notified and will be able to view your message on Popwork.

Every first Thursday of the month, Popwork admins receive a summary of their company's key indicators by email.
In addition to key figures on employee engagement and workload, we've now added a new indicator to track your the volume of feedbacks shared in your company.
Clicking on this email report, admins can then deep dive further using company dashboards. Also, stay tune as more updates are coming soon on these dashboards!

This Feedback tab is accessible from the left-side menu ; this is also where you can keep track all the feedback requests you've received or sent.
No need to search through different pages, everything is centralized for a quick, easy and thorough consultation.

Team members can now request feedback from their managers at any time.
Whether you're seeking feedback on a presentation, asking for guidance after achieving a goal, or simply looking for insights to improve your performance, requesting feedback is now easier than ever.
Team members can request feedback from the left-hand menu, the homepage, or their shared workspace with their manager. Simply specify your request and submit it.
Managers are notified when they receive a feedback request and are prompted to respond.
They can also share feedback with their team at any time.
Soon you will be able to share feedback with anyone.

Doubling down on Popwork's objective to help managers share regular feedback with their team members, managers now receive an email (or Slack) reminder to share feedback.
This reminder lists team members with whom the manager has not shared feedback over the past 30 days and enables managers to share feedback in one click.
To begin with, this reminder is sent on Thursday on a biweekly basis. Please let us know if it helps and what frequency would suit you best!
