Week 20 - A series of improvements 🎉

Florian avatar
Shared by Florian • May 25, 2023

We have made a series of visual improvements to bring further clarity in how rituals are displayed in the workspace.

Most notably, we have simplified 1:1 meeting dates on Popwork as we are now only showing the meeting date in workspaces. This makes it much easier to plan, prepare and follow up on 1:1 meetings.

Now, team members are also automatically redirected to their workspaces after sharing a check-in. This will give them direct access to their previous answers, open action items and feedback from their manager.

Finally, it is also now possible to deactivate and activate 1:1 rituals for your team. This will be particularly useful when we add more ritual templates.

Other improvements:

  • New team members now appear instantaneously in the left menu of managers when added to the team
  • Fixed an issue when setting the 1:1 meeting date for today
  • Fixed an issue when adding yourself as the owner of an objective
  • Fixed an issue when adding a custom question during the onboarding
  • Improved the dropdown on the sign-up page
  • Made small design improvements to the left menu

Shared by Florian • February 13, 2023

Following up efficiently on action items is not an easy task. This is why this week's addition should be useful for many users.

We have added an open action items counter, visible in the left menu. This helps managers and team members keep track of actions still to be completed.

An action items counter is also available on each team member’s profile under the ‘Action items’ tab.

Last but not least, when creating an action item, it is now assigned by default to the team member.
